What is your magazine about?
“Territorial Pissing” is a printed magazine (quarterly plus one special edition), numbered and personalised copies (only 500 for each iussue).
Who’s behind the project? Tell us about the founders, their backgrounds and their motivations!
This is a magazine that we think there is nothing like in circulation, this is the reason why we decided to create it with total, expressive freedom. We are two Italian graphic designers Bruno Savona & Filippo Vernier and we like our work and music and cinema, photography...
How do you produce one issue? How much time do you spend on it? How big is your team?
"Territorial Pissing” is a collection of work created without boundries and in total creative freedom by chosen (By Filippo & Bruno Artists. It’s a project entirely auto-financed (bruno & filippo), every participent will recieve a copy of their own. We spend two months for each iussue. We (bruno & filippo) are our team.
What have been the important steps in the life of your magazine?
The meeting between Filippo & Bruno.
Which are the key ingredients for the success of your magazine?
The quality of the artists chosen by Filippo and Bruno and also the graphic design.
What are the difficulties you are confronted with? What would be “the” thing to help the magazine to improve?
Only how to auto finance the project, we trust in him and we want long life for our project then "the" thing to help the magazine is only a lot of money and a little distribution.
Where do you want the magazine to be in five years?
We hope that will be in a best bookstores of the world like a meeting poin for all the new young artists, a free territory for free minds. We hope to hold on until that day!!!!!!!
Tell us about your audience! Who are the readers of your magazine?
We hope all the people who loves art, photography, illustration, who loves dreaming with eyes open.
Is remaining independent important to you? Is it part of the strategy?
Yes is important to preserve our freedom but it's not part of a strategy.
What’s your relationship with advertisement? Does it influence your content? Do you care about advertising-driven-editorials?
The advertisement it's not present in the magazine... until that's possible!!!!!
What do you think of your issue 01, when you look back at it?
Fantastic magazine... compliments guys!!!!!!

No.
How many magazines do you buy / get / read each month? Do you qualify yourself a maniac?
Few in a month we use internet to make a research, no we are not maniacs.
